Refund & Returns
We stand by the purity of our honey. If something isn’t right, we’re here to fix it.
Is Your Item Eligible?

We Accept Returns If:
- The jar arrived broken or leaking.
- You received the wrong product (e.g., Sidr instead of Acacia).
- The safety seal was tampered with upon arrival.
- You report the issue within 24-48 hours of delivery.

We Cannot Refund If:
- The item has been opened and consumed (taste preference).
- You simply changed your mind after the order was dispatched.
- The report is made after 7 days of delivery.
- The item was bought on a “Clearance Sale”.

Snap a Photo
If the item is damaged or wrong, please take a clear photo of the jar and the shipping label immediately.

Contact Us
Send the photo and your Order ID to our WhatsApp or Email. We usually respond within 2 hours.

Replacement or Refund
We will either ship a fresh jar to you (free of cost) or initiate a refund. You don’t always need to ship the broken glass back!

Once approved, funds are transferred within 3β5 working days.

Refunds are sent via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
π Shipping Costs
If the mistake is ours (damaged/wrong), we cover all delivery charges.
