We Accept Returns If:

  • The jar arrived broken or leaking.
  • You received the wrong product (e.g., Sidr instead of Acacia).
  • The safety seal was tampered with upon arrival.
  • You report the issue within 24-48 hours of delivery.

We Cannot Refund If:

  • The item has been opened and consumed (taste preference).
  • You simply changed your mind after the order was dispatched.
  • The report is made after 7 days of delivery.
  • The item was bought on a “Clearance Sale”.

Snap a Photo

If the item is damaged or wrong, please take a clear photo of the jar and the shipping label immediately.

Contact Us

Send the photo and your Order ID to our WhatsApp or Email. We usually respond within 2 hours.

Replacement or Refund

We will either ship a fresh jar to you (free of cost) or initiate a refund. You don’t always need to ship the broken glass back!
